Solid, non-porous soda-lime glass spheres produced in-house on rotary rounding lines — from 2 mm to 14 mm, with roundness of 95% or better and diameter tolerance held to ±0.02 mm.
2 – 14 mm · soda-lime glass
Every grade is drawn from the same soda-lime glass melt and sorted to a different size band. That means consistent chemistry across your whole order — and one supplier instead of five.

Tight-tolerance spheres for perfume bottles, wine caps, aerosol valves, pumps and cosmetic dispensers. Polished or matte finish.

High-density milling media for paints, coatings, printing inks, pigments and agrochemicals. Low wear rate, low contamination.

Round, non-angular media for surface cleaning, deburring and fatigue-life improvement. No free silica, no embedment.

Uniform, dust-free filling media for weighted blankets, plush toys, eye masks and medical packs.

Inert stirring beads for water-based aerosol formulations. Excellent hydrolytic resistance — no reaction with the fill.

Coloured beads for terrazzo and epoxy floors, aquascaping and landscape design — plus inert filter support media for water wells.
Glass beads are chosen where metal media would contaminate the batch and angular media would damage the workpiece.
Milling and dispersion media in bead mills.
Grinding media where metal pickup is unacceptable.
Inert media that will not react with active ingredients.
Shot peening of springs, gears and castings.
Controlled peening for fatigue-life extension.
Cleaning and deburring of precision components.
Valve and cap beads, mixing balls for aerosols.
Retro-reflective beads for night visibility.
Support media replacing filter gravel in wells.
Nominal single sizes are held to the tightest tolerance; graded size bands are screened to the mesh ranges below.

Beads are drawn from the melt, rounded, washed, polished and sieved in one continuous line. Samples are pulled at the end of each run and logged against the order number.
200 beads inspected per sample; minimum roundness recorded per size band.
Oversize ≤5% and undersize ≤10% limits verified on every lot.
Chemical and physical data issued with each shipment, traceable to the batch.
SGS / BV reports arranged for customers who require independent verification.
Clear and coloured grades are held in separate bins after sieving, so a shipment can be drawn from one homogeneous lot. Container loading is arranged straight off this floor.
Standard export packing protects the beads from moisture and abrasion through the whole route to your plant.
PP woven bags with inner PE liner. Suitable for LCL and air freight, and for customers running smaller milling lines.
Standard export unit. Four-loop FIBC on a pallet, stretch-wrapped and strapped. 20–25 MT per 20 ft container.
Customer-branded bags, mixed-size pallets and bespoke labelling available for distributors and importers.
